A Central Florida native, Derrick Koger is a third-generation craftsman. He founded Derrick Builders, Inc. in 1990 after obtaining over 15 years of building experience and field work. As the company’s owner and president, Derrick is directly involved throughout the design and building processes, ensuring efficiency and quality from start to finish.
